These terms govern your use of autosmo.com («AutoSMO», «we», «the panel»). Creating an account or placing an order means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the panel.
AutoSMO is a reseller of social media marketing services. We buy delivery capacity from third-party suppliers and resell it through this panel at published rates. We are not the party that ultimately delivers the engagement, and we have no control over the platforms it is delivered on.
AutoSMO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, X, Spotify, Twitch or any other platform whose name appears in our service list. Those names are used only to describe what a service is for. Using this panel may conflict with the terms of service of those platforms; deciding whether to use it is your call, and the consequences on your own account are yours.
One account per person or business. Keep the email address current — it is how we reach you about orders, tickets and password resets. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including anything done by someone who obtained your password or API key.
We never ask for the password to your social media accounts, and you should never give it to us or to anyone else offering similar services. Orders need only a public link.
Funds added to the panel are a prepaid credit for buying services here. They are not a deposit, not a savings product, and earn no interest. Balance is not transferable between accounts and cannot be sold or assigned to anyone else.
Payments are handled by third-party processors (card and cryptocurrency). We do not see or store your full card details. A payment is credited once the processor confirms it; crypto payments are credited at the amount actually received after network fees.
Before ordering, check three things on the price list: the rate, the minimum and maximum quantity, and the average start time. They differ per service, sometimes sharply.
The average start time shown on the price list is measured from completed orders. It is an average, not a promise: suppliers slow down, platforms change their systems, and individual orders can sit longer than the number suggests. We do not guarantee a delivery deadline for any order.
Do not place a second order for the same link while the first is still running. Overlapping orders confuse counts, break refill claims, and are not refundable on that basis.
Some drop-off after delivery is normal on every platform. Services tagged with a refill window (R30, R60, R90, R365) can be topped back up if the count falls within that many days of delivery. Request the refill from the order page.
Refill does not cover: services marked NR (no refill), counts that fall after the window has expired, losses caused by the platform actioning your account, or content that was edited, hidden or deleted after ordering.
Cancellation is available only on services flagged for it, and only while the order has not started. A cancelled order returns the uncharged amount to your balance.
Where an order is not delivered, is delivered only in part, or is cancelled, the amount concerned is returned to your panel balance. This is the standard and fastest route, and the balance can be spent on any other service straight away.
A refund back to the original payment method is possible in exceptional cases, at our discretion, on request through a support ticket. Cryptocurrency payments may be impossible to reverse for technical reasons; where that is the case, a balance refund is the only route.
We do not refund orders that failed because of a wrong link, a private account, a mismatched service, a deleted post, or a quantity outside the service limits.
If something is wrong with an order, open a ticket. Do not open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us — filing one against a delivered service is fraud, not a refund route.
When a chargeback is filed, we suspend the account and freeze any remaining balance until the dispute is resolved. Accounts that lose a chargeback dispute are closed permanently and the remaining balance is forfeited.
Prices are set per service and can change at any time without notice, usually because a supplier changed theirs. The price that applies to an order is the one shown at the moment you place it. Changes are not applied retroactively to orders already running, and price drops do not entitle you to a partial refund on earlier orders.
Every account can generate an API v2 key. The key authorises orders and spends your balance, so treat it like a password: keep it server-side, never expose it in a browser, and rotate it if you suspect it leaked. Orders placed with your key are your orders, whoever sent them.
The API has no idempotency key. If a request times out, the order may already exist — check before sending it again. Automatic retries that create duplicate orders are your responsibility, and duplicates are not refundable.
We may rate-limit, suspend or revoke API access that degrades the service for other users.
You may not use AutoSMO to:
Breaking these rules means suspension without refund.
Support runs through the ticket system in your account. One ticket per issue, with the order ID included, gets answered faster than several tickets about the same thing. We do not offer support over social media DMs, and anyone contacting you there claiming to be AutoSMO staff is not.
The panel is provided as it is. We do not warrant that any service will produce a business result, that delivery will be uninterrupted, that counts will hold, or that a given platform will continue to allow the kind of delivery a service uses. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of reach, sales, engagement or account growth.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost followers, lost partnerships, or action taken by a social platform against your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, files a chargeback, or is used in a way that puts the panel or its suppliers at risk. Where the closure is not for fraud or abuse, you will be given the opportunity to spend the remaining balance first.
You can stop using the panel at any time. Unspent balance is not automatically paid out; ask through a ticket and we will consider it case by case.
We collect what running the panel requires: your username and email address, the links and quantities you order, ticket correspondence, payment records from our processors, and standard technical data such as IP address and browser. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic in aggregate.
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the suppliers who fulfil an order (which requires passing on the link) and with payment processors, and where the law requires disclosure. To request deletion of your account and data, open a ticket; note that we retain payment records for as long as accounting and anti-fraud obligations require.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Continuing to use the panel after a change means you accept the current version.
If something goes wrong, raise it through a support ticket first. Most issues about delivery, refills and balances are settled there within a normal working cycle. Both sides agree to attempt a good-faith resolution through support before taking any other step.
Support tickets are the fastest and only tracked route: open one from your account. General enquiries can also be sent through the Telegram bot linked in the footer of this site.
