Child panel: your own SMM panel, stocked by AutoSMO

A child panel is your own panel on your own domain, with your own name, your own prices and your own customers — running on our catalogue. Your buyers never see AutoSMO. This page explains exactly what you get, what you have to do yourself, and what a child panel cannot do, so you can decide before you pay rather than after.

What it actually is

Technically it is a white-label copy of a panel, connected to ours. A customer orders on your site; the order is passed to AutoSMO automatically and delivered from our suppliers; your customer sees only your panel, your branding and your price.

You are not renting a page. You get a working panel: registration, balance, order form, order history, tickets and an admin area at your own address.

Who it is for

  • You already sell socials manually — in DMs, on a marketplace, through a bot — and you are tired of placing every order by hand.
  • You have an audience — a channel, a client base, a niche community — and want them buying on your brand instead of ours.
  • You want a business, not a side effect. A panel with no traffic behind it earns nothing; the panel is the shop, not the customers.

If you just want cheap orders for yourself, you do not need a child panel. Order directly here — it is cheaper and there is nothing to maintain.

What you need before you buy

  • A domain. Yours, registered anywhere. The panel is not sold with one.
  • Access to that domain's DNS, because you will point its nameservers at us.
  • Balance on your AutoSMO account. Customer orders on your panel are paid from it, so it has to stay topped up.

How the money works

Two separate flows, and mixing them up is the classic beginner mistake:

  • Your customers pay you on your panel, at your prices, through the payment methods you connect there.
  • You pay us from your AutoSMO balance, at our prices, as their orders come through.

The gap between the two is your margin, and you set it yourself when you configure prices in your panel admin. If your balance runs out, orders on your panel stop — so treat it like stock in a shop, not like a bill you pay later.

Setting it up

  1. Order the panel. Enter the domain you will use and pick the login and password for its admin. The price and the billing period are shown on the order form.
  2. Point the domain's nameservers at us. The exact NS addresses are listed on the same page. This is done at your domain registrar, and it usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours to take effect.
  3. Log into your panel's admin at your own domain and set the name, logo and colours.
  4. Set your prices. Import the catalogue and apply your markup. Start modest: a customer who compares prices will find cheaper panels, and your advantage is service, not being the cheapest on earth.
  5. Connect a payment method so customers can top up on your side.
  6. Place one test order as a customer, all the way to delivery, before you send anyone real traffic.

What a child panel cannot do

These are platform limits, not our policy, and they are the same on every panel that resells child panels. Better to know them now:

  • It cannot sell its own child panels — the chain stops at you.
  • It has one provider, us. You cannot plug in other suppliers alongside.
  • No admin API, so it cannot be automated from outside the way a full panel can.
  • No affiliate module, no multi-currency, no service updates page.
  • No average delivery time shown on services, and no start-count parsing.

If any of those are essential to your plan, you want a full panel, not a child panel.

Renewal and expiry

A child panel is rented for a period, and the expiry date is shown in the panel list in your account. Renew before it passes: an expired panel stops serving your customers, and restoring it is a separate action rather than an automatic one. If you decide to stop, simply let it expire — there is nothing to cancel.

Honest expectations

A child panel gives you a shop. It does not give you buyers, and it does not make orders arrive faster than they arrive here — the delivery is exactly the same supply, because it is the same supply. What it changes is who the customer belongs to, what they pay, and whether you spend your evenings pasting links by hand.
